The new Various Artist compilation by the vinyl label Lustpoderosa delivers a clash of generations in sonic form. The EP showcases tracks by DAS DING and HALLE K, both mature projects that emerged from alluring background histories. Das Ding, known also for his Tear Apart Tapes, shares with us an amazing minimal wave track which entices our curiosity for his next live sets witch are always a blast. The two tracks by HALLE K were recorded in a live performance in 1984 and self-released on the „Grünes Gold“ tape the following year. They have stood the test time of time and are reissued here after a great remastering by Carsten Dämbkes. Lustpoderosa fell instantly in love with these two post-apocalyptic, heavy and sinister performances.

Geier Aus Stahl (Eine Welt), Seven Sisters and John Parsley represent the younger generation on this compilation.
They augment the feeling that is common to both of them: to be under the spell of doomed times. Collapsing markets, fake news, and populistic takeovers are a repeating pattern of a society plagued by stupidity and that is constantly failing. This three projects are simply reacting to this chain of meaningless impacts of ignorance with heavy yet subtle and numb frequencies. Great for your nihilistic doomsday party.
